- In the meeting of October 20, 2022, the deputation decided to take a number of energy-saving measures in response to the prevailing energy crisis, which mainly has a major impact on CO2 emissions and the costs of electricity and gas consumption.
In the context of the design, recommendationurban, implementation and/or delivery process of these projects, but not necessarily limited to, the provincial government issues a framework agreement for various study and design assignments.
These services include, in whole or in part, but not exhaustively: technical and construction technologych design, architectural design, stability, design and calculations of special techniques, preparation of specifications and bill of quantities, subsidy files, environmental permits, evaluations of submitted quotations, implementation supervision and supervision of provisional and final delivery.
Some examples of ttypes of projects: energetic renovation of roofs and facades, studies and design assignments regarding the conversion to renewable energy, total renovation of buildings...
In terms of architectural design, the assignment is rather limited, for example the design of new facades taking into account an improvedr insulation, renovation of buildings without major adjustments to the existing construction programme.
A maximum of three framework contractors will be appointed for this framework agreement, ranked in order of the result of the assessments of the tenders, with the tenderer... - Documents :
