Description: The University of Antwerp wishes to close a framework agreement for maintaining and replacing technical installations. There is its own technical personnel on the UANTEKS that exports both preventive and curative maintenance on installations. In addition, there are also experts and managers per campus that work closely to create an umbrella approach. This assignment is part of the effect of this umbrella approach.
Both preventive and curative maintenance must be done on every campus. Since the impeller technical installations is wide, different segments are distinguished, namely electricity, HVAC and plumbing. These segments are then further divided into different plots.
