- This contract relates to the digitization of the medical archives located on the sites of Sart Tilman and Notre Dame des Bruyeres of the CHU of Liege including the removal of the files, the digitization, the repatriation of the scanned files as well as the destruction of the paper files.
The Presentcontract is structured in 2 tranches:
1) Firm tranche: relates to the digitization of the archives located on the sites of Sart Tilman and Notre Dame des Bruyeres of the CHU of Liege;
2) Conditional tranche: relates to the digitization of the archives located in an external hall of the CHU of Liege.
The specificationscharges can be obtained in .pdf and .doc format on simple request to the Public Procurement Service addressed to marches.info@chuliege.be with the mention: "DDE CSCH - CHULG/22.086"
In the event of any discrepancy between the model . pdf and the .doc template, it is the first document (.pdf template) that makes foi.
