- The assignment includes the development, design and publication of a toolbox that arises from the described project. The toolbox focuses on work forms and methods that can be used during the development and implementation phase of digital services. The end users of this toolbox are the local authorities in Flanders.
The broader aim is to ensure that local authorities develop useful knowledge and methods that improve the user-friendliness of their digital services.
To use the knowledge and experience gained from the City Deal "e-inclusion by design".To be able to capture a Human Centered way, we are looking for an external partner who can convert this into a usable toolbox that will subsequently be available to all Flemish local authorities. We are talking here about a government contract for work package 4 from the file.
