Description: The French Community Commission owns a Bureau building located rue des Palais 42 to 1030 Brussels. It has been in this building since January 2002, and the staff staff has been growing in recent years. This results in maximum use of the building and a gradual adaptation of how to occupy and live the spaces. This service contract corresponds to the study of the development of the interior spaces of an occupied office building to improve the fluidity, conviviality and flexibility in the occupation of the premises.
The raw surface of the building is about 11,000 m2, of which 5,400 m2 dedicated to office spaces, 470 m2 of meeting room, 2,520 m2 of horizontal traffic, and 250 m2 of space reserved for coffee-corners .... - Documents :
