- The purpose of this contract is, according to the clauses and prescriptions of these specifications, the conclusion of a multi-year contract, called "purchase order", for a period of one year and renewable three times for the supply, during this period, of barracks uniforms in order to equip theall firefighters in the Rescue Zone.
The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that the quantities indicated in these special specifications are presumed quantities. There are therefore no minimum or maximum quantities. These are given purelyindicative without commitment on the part of the contracting authority. The notification of contract award to the successful bidder therefore does not commit the contracting authority to placing orders with it for a minimum overall amount and the contracting authority reserves the right to adapt its orders to changes.tion of his needs.
